22 March 2024 – One of Glasgow’s most vibrant creative media and digital marketing agencies, ALT proudly announces the opening of its new offices in the city’s highly sought after Golden Z, situated within the innovative Glasgow Avenues project.
The company has strategically chosen the historic and beautifully restored McLellan Works for its state-of-the-art office. This significant move not only marks a new era in ALT’s story, but also demonstrates Founders David and Laura Haggerty’s commitment to sustainability and community.
The office space, designed by the acclaimed architect firm Stallan-Brand and transformed by developer Bywater, is a testament to ALT’s dedication to supporting local and being part of a quality focused workspace that is both inspiring and responsible.

Situated across two floors, ALTs office will cater for the agency’s commitment to a flexible working model providing fixed desk spaces for the team as well as collaboration work zones, meeting pods, informal seating areas, and facilities for events and social gatherings, all designed to foster creativity and teamwork.
In line with Glasgow’s transformative Avenues Project in Sauchiehall Street, the new headquarters is at the forefront of promoting sustainable urban living. It includes an integrated network of cycle priority routes, bespoke bike storage, lockers, and showers, encouraging employees and visitors to embrace eco-friendly commuting options.

With direct access from the building to The Glasgow School of Art and with the CCA and GFT on the doorstep, the opportunity to inspire creativity is vast.
“We are proud to announce the official opening of our new headquarters in the heart of Glasgow’s Golden Z,” said Laura Haggerty, Co-Founder of ALT.
“This move is not just about our new office space but speaks to our commitment to innovation and renewing creativity, as well as fulfilling our pledge to prioritise flexible and sustainable working.
“We are excited to be located in the beating heart of Glasgow, and to continue driving excellence in the marketing industry whilst growing our team and new home here at McLellan Works.”
Daniel Mead, Head of Asset Management at Bywater adds: “We are pleased to welcome yet another exciting growing business to join us in Glasgow and I am looking forward to supporting ALT in their journey towards becoming a truly sustainable business alongside our Asset Management team at McLellan Works.”
