Images require a clear credit to the photographer, artist, graphic designer, etc. This is very important.

We do not take responsibility for missing photographer credits not provided to us. Our standard emails all request photographer credits, and we take this matter seriously. However we rely on suppliers to provide accurate information.

At the base of the Project Description we like to publish ‘Building Information’ which is our umbrella term for Credits, Design Team and Project Summary information.

We also require a detailed location for the address at the top and base of new pages. Ideally we receive the street name for the building entrance.
We prefer information in Word. Articles need at least two credited images, and depending on the length of text we generally welcome between six and twelve images.
We don’t have a maximum length for articles but prefer not to go above 3000 words. Our minimum is 700 words, though over 1000 is preferred.
Articles need to be unique, we cannot post plagiarised texts. Try and find an interesting angle, and focus on a topic that we do not cover in our resource already.
