ink design took an existing 1980s office / warehouse and totally refurbished it internally & built this new extension to form a new entrance/ reception area and open plan offices above and took down the existing facade opening the existing spaces into the new space.
The project is complete and MJM International have moved in.

Ultimo Underwear Firm – East Kilbride HQ News
Ultimo bra firm set up by Michelle Mone to close as East Kilbride HQ building is axed.
Baroness Mone of Mayfair is not involved with the company she set up in 1996.
The Ultimo underwear firm set up by Michelle Mone has announced it is to cease trading in the UK.
The Tory peer, now known as Baroness Mone of Mayfair, established the lingerie brand in 1996. Ultimo models have included stars like Penny Lancaster and Rachel Hunter.
The firm achieved international success after actress Julia Roberts reportedly wore an Ultimo bra in the hit film Erin Brockovich.
Sri-Lankan based MAS holdings acquired a majority shareholding in parent company Ultimo Brands International Ltd in 2014, with Lady Mone resigning as a director of this company the following year.
Now the firm has announced that following an extensive review of the business, the operation in the UK will cease trading.
Staff at the Ultimo headquarters in East Kilbride were informed, with a formal redundancy consultation now underway with the 11 employees there.
